These folks worked my old Remington 1100 to fit their line of chokes. Give it a second life they did an awesome job!
I ordered choke tubes for my 28 gauge to find out they don't make them but they contacted me right away and made sure I was taken care of with the next ones I ordered! They are fast and great to work with!
Had an interesting experience here. I ordered two choke tubes online. They held 80.00 on my credit card, which was the correct amount of money. Then I only received one in the mail. I was also only charged for one but the shipping was another 33% . So I called needing the second one and was prepared to pay shipping but was hoping they might cover it or split it with me. Instead of any of that they just denied the possibility that something went wrong. was given some stupid answer as to why they held 80 on my card instead of 40. Then was told if I don't want the tube they sent me just to send it back. I just agreed and hung up with them. I will probably keep it as it will be more hassle and expenses to send it back but I will order a pair from some place else. Pretty sure they are good people and run a legit business but man drop your pride and make some money.
Ordered a choke tube from these guys on a Saturday night, Sunday Morning I recieve a Phone call informing me of fitment issues they know of with the firearm I ordered it for, Shane walked me through giving them the information they needed to insure the accuracy of my order so I wouldn't have to pay any extra shipping or restocking fees... Number 1 the Shane I talked to happened to bear the company name and it was a real phone call, this is unheard of anymore. Number 2 the fact a company took the time to look out for my pocket book is enough to make my family and friends life time customers as I will share this story anytime I pull my shotgun out. The final and Number 3 reason is product knowledge and the willingness to pass that on to their customers. Overall I am %100 satisfied with my experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a choke tube.
Got asked last minute to participate in a Sporting Clays event, and I had never done Sporting Clays before. I usually shoot Trap, which requires a pretty tight pattern. I needed a more open choke and couldn't find any Beretta Optima chokes in stores around me, so I hopped online and ordered one from Carlson's and hoped that it would show up in time for this Sporting Clays event the following weekend. Ordered on Saturday, called on Monday to see when it would ship, talked to a very helpful and nice gal, and received it on Wednesday. Super fast, friendly, and helpful. But that's all for nothing if it doesn't perform, right? I took my shotgun out with the new choke for a practice round and absolutely crushed it. For an Improved Cylinder choke, I was crushing the clays like I'm used to with my Full & Modified chokes. It patterns very well and very consistent. I will definitely be buying sets of chokes from Carlson's from now on!
